Hello everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself, Adrien, your newest wiqaa-blogger.

I am a poet, community builder, and whatever else you want me to be. My interests are constantly transforming but currently are condensing around pop culture, art, music, politics, community development, and social media.

In the future you can expect from me some biting social commentary on every day life and gargantuan issues that make every day life look like a holiday, all-spiced with some fierce queer and Asian one-two punches.

You can look forward to some of the following:

• PopQAA-whiz: What is QAA pop? Is there such a thing?
• Trouble Downe Under: Downelink? Downe for the cause? Downe dog? Are you downe? Am I downe? What is up with downe?
• We are totally not gay: gender performance in young Asian queers
• The Queer Pacific Island/SEAs (Southeast Asians): Mien queers? Lao queers? Queer Samoan? Queer Pilipino/a? Queer Chamorro?? Do we really exist? Are you just making up random words?!??

I hope you don't hold me accountable to following through with any of the above posts. That's just a sneak preview into the kinds of wayward mind drivel you can expect from this restless queer pinoy. I will do my best to edutain you with sharp words and a healthy dose of reality.
